Q: Do you provide delivery services?

Yes, we are glad to provide FREE delivery within Singapore for orders above SGD$500. Simply select 'FREE Local Shipping'
at the checkout page. We charge a small fee of SGD$50 for delivery for orders below SGD$500. 

For our international customers, we provide a few shipping options via the couriers that we use. For more information, we see
our 'Delivery Information' page. 

 

Q: Why are some items' prices not showing?

Some of the products are controlled items, thus we are unable to publish the prices online. However, do drop us an email and
we'll get back to you with the information that you need. 

 

Q: How do I track my orders?

You can view updates on your orders via your member account. You can also do a quick reorder of a previous purchase there. 

 

Q: I'm looking for <model> from <brand>, do you all have it in stock? 

We understand that our customers may need to replace an old model in the office or may be looking for something specific.
Drop us an enquiry and we'll be more than happy to help you source for your desired model. 

 

Q: Do you provide installation services?

Yes. As installation prices differ across venues and equipment, we are unable to charge a flat rate via the online checkout.
However, do contact us for a complimentary site visit so that we can better service your needs. 

 

Q: I'm setting up a new place (cafe, restaurant, teaching facility etc.), can you advise me on how should I go about
my audio-video/ security equipment?
