RETURN & EXCHANGE

How do I return an item?

All returned merchandise must not registered, in complete original manufacture packing as sold, with all accessories , instruction book, documentation and blank warranty card( if any) within a period of 7 days or otherwise agreed with both parties by writing.

No returns on:

    · All TVs, LCD and Plasmas.
    · Special Order Merchandise.
    · All computers and computers’ related accessories.
    · All recording media.

Rules & policies

    · No returns will be accepted without NEPRO Invoices.
    · Items must not be used.
    · Defective items may be repair or replace.

If any for the above conditions are not met, Nepro reserves the right to refuse the return.
